The ACiQ AC-I-48HP14 is a 4 ton (48,000 BTU) central heat pump condenser that uses R32 technology to deliver 14.3 SEER2 heating and cooling performance while reducing energy consumption. Designed for quiet, reliable residential comfort, the tonnage rating on this condenser means that it is suitable for heating and cooling a medium to large house. The 14.3 SEER2 rating is the baseline rating allowed for heat pump condensers - while not as efficient as higher SEER2 heat pumps, this condenser has a much lower upfront cost in comparison. Please note that this condenser cannot function on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work.

R32 Refrigerant Compatibility Notice

This condenser contains R32 refrigerant, classified as an A2L refrigerant, and requires a refrigerant leakage detection system to be installed.
